Intern @ Core Illustrio
The scope and space for research and learning in Core illustrio was
increasing day by day. The perspective of understanding the field of
Software, took a dimensional shift and we are learning new things in a
completely different model. The starting day mental oscillation between
is it possible for us to learn programming or not is now no-more. We
have started beliving in this process of learning. The mentorship
program has given us a superpower that, whatsoever be the complex
program, we have a method to solve it. The only thing we need to do
follow was the methodology we had learnt from the past four week of
mentorship.
We have come a long way from just the basics of naming out skills to
where each skill we named out the first day is being implemented. A
stage from where programming and software were just a dream to a stage
where we know how to develop a data structure and know how to write
algorithm for every problem of life. The journey throughout was properly
organized, structured and hence, unforgettable.
This week Data structure was introduced and taught. Even though data
structure was felt just to be just a technical term, the way we studied
was different. As groups, we were asked to structure the data of tables,
meeting rooms and library. This gave us an easy understanding of data
structure from a simple perspective.

he data structure led us to the concepts such as syntax, objects, arryas
and a lot more. The definition and examples of these concepts made it
more interesting. Its order and rules to be maintained gives us an idea
of what each section is composed off and what is the role of each
section individually as well as in a whole concept.
A look back into the session shows how this divison of the rules and
terminology is related to the language session we had. The rule of how
does a language work and how application of rules in language made the
difference just like the structural rules in programming language. We
once more got reminded about the fascinating structure of the
mentorship, which was arranged in such a way that everything is related
to each other and everything serves a purpose for all concepts yet to
come.

Coding was first introduced after four weeks of mentorship. The language
used to explain to us was Javascript. We started using the basic command
and arithmetics operation that is related to normal examples and sums.
This incresed the chance of us relating to it more mathematically and
logically and thus following the system inorder to code.
Whenever a new code or problem was given to be solve, we automatically
went back to the basics of what we have learnt till now. We wrote down
the problem, listed out the constarins, analyzed all the possible set of
operation and then we found a solution. We then started structuring data
for the same. Once the algorithm was ready we then started putting
together those programming words in a computer-understandable language
and then started coding. Each time we solved a problem, we reached a new
checkpoint of new concept.
The programming world is a lot more easilyn approachable than we
expected it be long ago. the reason why we were scared was probably
because of the way we perceived developing of softwares. The way we
perceived it long ago was in a way that Once knowing programming
language is the only that is required. But today we are coding even
without even knowing the professional language of coding. The only thing
that made this change in us is the confident way we face the problem,
how we figure it out and how we arrange all the possible outcomes and
then using a certain set of rules make the computer understand the
logic.
Happily a long way from what we what thought to what we have learnt.
The place where we were learning has been growing each day and achieving
lot more of things during this phase. Surfboard payments was moving into
the next stage of their growth. The team and office enjoyed each moment
of their growth. They were a community, in which a single persons was
achievement was celebrated as everyones achievement and that always gave
of sense of unity and belief in each other. World of Surfboard payments
is growing each day, just like the knowledge we gain every day.
The Sports night was much funnier this time. Due to rain power supply
was unavailabe. We were playing in the darkness. The game was still felt
funnier and interactive. Its then we realised that the people around us
plays an irreplaceable role even when the whole thing around is not
favourable. They smile and laughs on each ones face gave us enough light
even to see through the darkness. This difference in our attitude
towards the games night didn’t come from anything else but what people
around here as a whole believe in and what they act upon. We came here
to learning the world of software, but what we achieved was much more
than any software company or internship can offer. A start-up culture,
an attitude towards life and a community which shares common goal and
know what to achieve in their life. Nothing more than 'just a perfect
place to learn and grow' would define Surfboard payments and Core
Illusstrio.
Do you care about care about these things? If that is so, then you know the drill, enroll yourself for our six week training program and start your journey.
